Content Policy
Original text in English
Effective date: October 5, 2026. This policy explains what content exists on PopMaker, what is strictly prohibited, and how we enforce it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. AI-generated content disclosure
Every character, profile image, and video on PopMaker is synthetically generated by artificial intelligence. They do not depict, represent, or derive from any real, identifiable person. Conversations are with AI systems and are for entertainment purposes only; the Service never presents AI characters as real humans.
- All visual assets are produced by generative AI models operated by the Service or its model providers under commercial agreements.
- The Service is strictly restricted to adults aged 18+ (date-of-birth verification at registration, plus an in-app 18+ confirmation gate).
2. No real-person likeness & zero tolerance for deepfakes
- Creating content depicting, imitating, or referencing real, identifiable persons — celebrities, public figures, or private individuals — is strictly prohibited.
- "Deepfake" content (AI-generated media designed to appear as a real person) is prohibited, whether sexual or not.
- Uploads used as generation references are subject to screening; detected real-person likeness results in the generation being blocked and removed, and the account being penalized up to permanent ban.
3. Absolutely prohibited content
- Minors (zero tolerance): any content, description, roleplay, or attempt involving persons under 18 — real or fictional — results in immediate permanent ban, content destruction, and, where applicable, reports to relevant authorities and hotlines.
- Non-consensual scenarios, sexual violence, or promotion of real-world harm.
- Content promoting illegal activity, self-harm, or dangerous acts.
- Impersonation of real people or brands.
4. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement
All visual content on the Service is generated entirely by artificial intelligence; no human performers appear in, or participate in the creation of, any depiction on the Service. Accordingly, the Service is not a "producer" of depictions of "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and no § 2257 record-keeping obligations attach to such content. Nevertheless, as a matter of good-faith compliance practice, the Service maintains for the retention period required by applicable law: generation request logs (including prompts, model identifiers, and timestamps), source-upload audit records, and its model-provider agreements. Records and the identity of our compliance contact are available to authorized government authorities upon lawful request through [email protected].
5. Enforcement & reporting
- We combine automated screening (reference-image checks, prompt-side content guards) with human review of reports.
- Report violations by email to [email protected] (subject line: Content report) — include URLs and, if possible, screenshots. Copyright issues follow our separate DMCA process.
- We act on valid reports within 72 hours and preserve evidence of prohibited-content attempts for account-level enforcement.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service.
