Refund Policy
This policy explains when paid subscriptions and token purchases may be refunded.
Introduction
We want popmaker to feel fair and transparent. This policy explains when paid subscriptions and token purchases may be refunded.
14-day refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of a one-time purchase or the most recent subscription purchase or renewal. Eligibility depends on applicable law, product use and delivery, fraud risk, and the circumstances of the request.
Immediate digital performance
By asking for immediate access to tokens or generation services, you request that digital performance begin before any applicable withdrawal period ends. Where law permits and the required consent is obtained, withdrawal rights may end after the digital service or content is supplied. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Non-refundable usage
Subject to applicable law, payments are generally not eligible for refund once AI tokens have been consumed, generated content has been delivered, or a token package has been credited and used.
Renewals
Each renewal is a separate manual payment. You may request a refund where applicable, but approval is not automatic. No future charge occurs unless you actively renew again.
Token packages
One-time token packages are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law or where the purchase was not correctly credited.
Technical or billing issues
If you were charged incorrectly, did not receive purchased access, or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us and we will review the issue.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, order ID, purchase date, and the reason for your request.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment provider and normally returned to the original payment method where supported.
