If you believe any content nevertheless infringes your rights, we treat every notice seriously and act on it.

1. How to file a takedown notice

Send written notice to our designated agent by email at [email protected] (subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice), including all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. The exact URL(s) on the Service where the allegedly infringing material appears;
  3. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, email);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. We acknowledge valid notices within 72 hours and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing while the matter is reviewed.

2. Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address containing: your physical/electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat infringers

We maintain a record of all verified DMCA notices. Accounts of users who are repeat infringers are permanently terminated, and their generation access is revoked.

4. Misuse of the DMCA process

Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

5. Other complaints

Non-copyright concerns (privacy, likeness of real persons, content standards) are covered by our Content Policy — reports there are handled with the same urgency.
