popmaker provides AI-powered creative tools for personal entertainment and creative productivity. Generated outputs may vary and should be reviewed by you before use.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating or using your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions use VexUtopia hosted checkout. Plans are prepaid for the selected month or year, may include monthly AI tokens and premium features, and do not renew automatically.
Tokens
AI tokens are consumed when using eligible generation features. Token usage depends on the feature, model, media type, and generation length. Unused subscription tokens may expire according to the plan shown at checkout or in your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use popmaker to create or distribute illegal content, infringing content, non-consensual intimate or sexual content, sexual content involving minors, hateful or harassing content, fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or synthetic likeness, voice, or identity content made without required rights or consent. You may not use the service to bypass safety systems, evade enforcement, obtain unauthorized access, or help others violate these terms.
Copyright and DMCA complaints
Copyright owners or authorized agents may send infringement notices to [email protected]. Please include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL or content identifier, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to reported content, notify the affected user where appropriate, review counter-notices when legally available, and terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers.
Cancellation
No cancellation is required because subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access remains available until the displayed expiry date, and you may renew manually.
